In the cattle horse world all eyes are on Tamworth this week as the Landmark Classic Campdraft and Sale program unfolds.
The program of events kicked off with the first round of the Open and Classic Campdrafts yesterday, followed by the second rounds and other events today. The campdrafting action and Sale Pre Works will flow on through tomorrow and Friday, up to the Sale which will commence at 1:00pm Friday and conclude Sunday afternoon.
The Sale presents a tremendous opportunity to invest in Tamarang genetics, with 34 horses sired by Acres Destiny (more than any other sire), 6 by Tassa Lena and numerous grandprogeny of these stallions on offer. Whos Top Cat, sire of 2011 Landmark Classic Campdraft Champion Whos Catwoman, is represented by Lots 245, 456, 518 and 520.
Don't miss a look at Lot 256, our 2yr old Acres Destiny gelding Destinys Mirage. He has the class and quality to do anything and will be presented by Hugh Miles on Saturday.
We are keenly tracking the scores of Tamarang-bred horses competing in the Campdraft and wish all owners and riders the best of luck.
